🔴 पामीर का पठार/ तिब्बत का पठार 🔻स्थिति:-पामीर  मध्य एशिया में स्थित पठार और पर्वत श्रृंखला है। 🔸विवरण:-इसकी रचना हिमालय, तियन शान, कराकोरम, कुनलुन और हिन्दूकुश पर्वत की श्रृंखलाओं के संगम से हुई है। पामीर विश्व के सबसे ऊँचे पहाड़ों में से हैं। 18वीं सदी से ही इन्हें 'विश्व की छत' कहा जाने लगा था। यहाँ उगने वाले जंगली प्याज़ के नाम पर इन्हें 'प्याज़ी पर्वत' भी कहा जाता था। 🟥पामीर का अर्थ:-पामीर का शाब्दिक अर्थ "पर्वत शीर्ष में स्थित घाटी" है, जो इसके धरातल पर पाई जाने वाली नदियों और घाटियों आदि को देखने से यथार्थ प्रतीत होता है। फ़ारसी भाषा में इसको 'बाम-ए-दुनिया' अर्थात्‌ 'दुनिया की छत' भी कहते हैं। यह पठार एक गाँठ के रूप में है, जहाँ विभिन्न दिशाओं में स्थित पर्वत श्रेणियाँ आकर मिलती हैं। 🟧 विस्तार:- यहाँ से उत्तर की ओर तियन शान, पूर्व की ओर कुनलुन और कराकोरम दक्षिण-पूर्व की ओर हिमालय एवं पश्चिम की ओर हिन्दूकुश पर्वत श्रेणी जाती है। पठार की औसत ऊँचाई 20,000 फुट है और घाटियाँ 12,000 से 14,000 फुट ऊँची है। अधिकांश भाग पर्वतीय एवं शेष पर घा...
