Central Government Mauryan administration was highly centralized. The Emperor was the supreme power and source of all authority. He was assisted by a Council of Ministers. Scientists Discovers Lost Continent Zealandia Hidden Submerged in Pacific Ocean A  Lost Continent  that sunk about  100 million years ago  has been discovered underneath New Zealand by the scientists.  Zealandia,  a lost continent submerged in the  southwest Pacific Ocean , is large enough to be recognized as a separate continent. The report was published “ GSA Today” , the journal of the Geological Society of America.
